 Since I cannot aford to buy a BJD for myself and for *ryou-0013 I decided to draw it instead! This ball jointed doll was inspired by Koitsukihime's dolls and I was inspired by this beautiful song text you can read below too. It had been a while since I had not used my water color pencils! The coloring may look pretty simple here but it was not... I had some hard time with the trasparency of the clothes! @_@ AND it had been a while I had not put some fresh "blood" in my drawings! I felt really special when I added the red touches here and there on the white dress with my brush! >_<;;; I NEEDED to add blood! Because in my wicked imagination, dolls and especially BJD are associated to DEATH! (the ones who know me will understand what I mean...) "The Rose" Some say love, it is a river that drowns the tender reed. Some say love, it is a razor that leaves your soul to bleed. Some say love, it is a hunger, an endless aching need. I say love, it is a flower, and you its only seed. It's the heart afraid of breaking that never learns to dance. It's the dream afraid of waking that never takes the chance. It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give, and the soul afraid of dyin' that never learns to live. When the night has been too lonely and the road has been to long, and you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong, just remember in the winter far beneath the bitter snows lies the seed that with the sun's love in the spring becomes the rose.
